Deployment Options

Whether your IT department is big or small, our Revenue Cycle Management solution can be easily deployed to meet your IT objectives. TELCOR customers have the option to install the billing system on-site on their own purchased hardware or have it run remotely using the SaaS (Software as a Service) model. With a SaaS deployment, TELCOR acts as the lab’s IT staff by hosting the hardware and software and providing the technical maintenance and upgrades.

 

TELCOR Data Centers

TELCOR utilizes two full-service data centers to provide the best service to its customers. We maintain both an on-site and off-site data center, which both meet all necessary compliance requirementsfor HIPAA and the HITECH Act.

TELCOR maintains two replicated servers to best serve our customers.

These data centers allow us to provide our customers with remote, virtual access to our software through our software-as-a-service (SaaS) option. With this delivery model, TELCOR acts as your IT staff by hosting the hardware and software, as well as providing all technical maintenance and upgrades. A traditional on-site delivery model is also available, where you maintain the software on your own server.

Maintaining two data centers also extends our data backup and service capabilities, as each center is fully replicated with another.

 

Disaster Preparedness

Disaster can strike anywhere, and we remain fully committed to protecting your investment in TELCOR. Our two data centers feature fully replicated environments for data, servers, internet, power, automated switchover and automated intrusion protection. We strategically located a second data center off-site to provide better data and service protection, should a natural disaster occur locally. Our ability to switch between servers and Internet providers allows your team and ours to continue business operations without any data loss or interruption in connectivity.
