iLabBill® allows you to provide your patients with the option to view their account of services performed with associated current balances and pay their bills securely online. iLabBill requires a PIN that is provided on their statements, their account number and responses to key questions configured by the organization to gain access to their account.

Once login is achieved, patients can pay all or a portion of their balance with PayPal or credit cards. Payments are routed automatically to your merchant gateway for authorization, and once authorization is received, the payments are automatically posted to the Revenue Cycle Management solution, improving efficiency and cash flow. The credit card number and source code are immediately erased, enhancing security. Patients can review all payments made to their account from iLabBill, even if they are received from the insurance company, and print statements of services or receipts for payments made.
Additionally, the organization can configure informational pages to be presented from iLabBill (e.g., hours of operation, how to review statements and more). iLabBill is customized to each organization. The colors, logo, access questions and informational pages are all configured via the Revenue Cycle Management solution, so this Web application presents an image consistent with your organization’s branding standards.
