Implementation

For years, TELCOR has been a pioneer in efficient and cost-effective remote implementations. The implementation team carefully takes into account the hospital’s needs, timelines and resources when putting together an implementation plan that is completed quickly and seamlessly. In addition to a smooth initial implementation, version upgrades with new and updated features are included at no additional cost with the standard software agreement, as well as the option for an extended warranty.

TELCOR’s implementation process is completed remotely, allowing both TELCOR and its customers to complete the process without needing a large number of resources (personnel, IT, etc.). Version upgrades, which are included as part of the fees for customer support, also are performed remotely and typically do not require a large amount of resources. The implementation and version upgrade process is very smooth and efficient due to the way the TELCOR system is designed and deployed.

 

Upgrades and Enhancements

New features and functionality are constantly being developed for the system based on customer requests, regulatory requirements and the evolution of the ever-changing point of care industry with millions of dollars being reinvested each year into research and development for TELCOR’s products. TELCOR’s system is developed as a single system using Microsoft .NET, which means that when something is developed specifically for a customer, it is also included in the next version upgrade, for all TELCOR customers to benefit from.
