Sales Account Executive for the TELCOR Outreach Information System

TELCOR Inc, a nationally recognized innovator in the healthcare informatics industry, is looking for an energetic, focused, motivated, team member to work as an Account Executive generating sales and providing excellent customer care for TELCOR's Outreach Information System® product line.

THE TELCOR OUTREACH INFORMATION SYSTEM:

TELCOR's Outreach Information System applications are designed to assist clinical departments with expanding their services to the outreach market. These products allow clinical departments to effectively compete, improve operational efficiency, improve communication between the department and providers, and promote compliance. This product line targets the laboratory outreach business and includes the following solutions:

  • Remote Client Order Entry / Medical Necessity Checking
  • Comprehensive Result Reporting
  • Outreach Program-Specific Rules and Pricing Processing
  • Complete Set of Regulatory Compliance Tools
  • Ongoing Profitability Analysis
  • The Industry's Latest Billing Information System

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate new account prospects via cold calls, trade shows, and vendor partner referrals
  • Present and demonstrate TELCOR's Outreach Products highlighting their features, benefits and relevance to the prospects' business needs
  • Document client and prospect communications, interactions, and meetings
  • Effectively manage the entire sales cycle for each prospect
  • Continually meet individual and company defined quotas
  • Ability to Travel up to 50%

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The ideal candidate would have:

  • A Background in Healthcare Related Sales and Marketing
  • Familiarity in Healthcare Business Practices, Guidelines, and Policies
  • Familiarity in Strategic Selling Concepts
  • Excellent Public Speaking and Presentations Skills
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Excellent Organization and Documentation Skills
  • PC Literacy - basic proficiency in Windows operation system environments and office tools; e.g., Word, Excel

AND experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • The Clinical Laboratory
  • Healthcare Information Systems
  • Laboratory Information Systems
  • Reference Laboratory Sales
  • Clinical Care Delivery
  • Laboratory Commercial Outreach programs
