The TELCOR User Group represents the TELCOR billing customers who use the Revenue Cycle Management and Lab Outreach Business Pro solutions. The TELCOR User Group provides an opportunity for TELCOR and its customers to interact and share in the evolution of the billing products offered by TELCOR.
TELCOR's User Group provides customers with an opportunity to help direct future development of TELCOR's billing products and interact with other customers.
The User Group holds monthly conference calls to discuss and review enhancement requests and holds an annual User Group meeting. During both the conference calls and annual meeting, users have the opportunity to learn helpful tips for how to better maximize their system, to provide input and feedback regarding future development of the system and to create valuable connections with other TELCOR users and billing management professionals. The User Group meeting allows for an exchange of ideas with other lab professionals who have used the system and understand the challenges you will face each other as you try to streamline your lab’s billing process.
