Upgrades and Enhancements

Customers help drive the future functionality of our product. We conduct regular enhancement request meetings, and we incorporate those requests into future versions of the software. Customers then receive annual upgrades at no extra cost.
New features and functionality are constantly being developed for the system based on customer requests, regulatory changes, updated payer requirements and the evolution of the ever-changing lab billing industry, with millions of dollars being reinvested each year into research and development for TELCOR’s products.
New versions are provided at no extra charge, but are part of the annual service agreement. TELCOR distributes new versions to the customer’s test system accompanied with complete documentation detailing all system changes. Once approved by the customer, the new version is implemented on the customer’s production system.
TELCOR implements a single-version philosophy to optimize ongoing service and ensure no customer will be left behind because their system is too customized to update. Regardless of the customer responsible for a system enhancement, it is designed to be used or not used and configured to meet variable customer needs so it can be released to all customers. This enables all customers to benefit from the requests of each customer. The single-version philosophy also allows us to provide responsive service, since our analysts are knowledgeable about all system functionality.
