Data Centers

We have incorporated two full-service data centers into our infrastructure, which allows us to provide our products and services to our customers using a Software as a Service (SaaS) deployment structure, in addition to the traditional on-site software deployment.

Disaster Recovery

We maintain a redundant system infrastructure at an off-site location as part of our disaster recovery plan. Data is replicated to the off-site location, so TELCOR can continue to provide service and customers can continue business operations without interruption or data loss if a disaster should strike the TELCOR office. Our disaster recovery program includes a fully replicated environment for data, servers, internet and power, automated switchover and automated intrusion protection.

 

Compliance

One of TELCOR’s priorities is to provide its customers with technology solutions that meet the customer’s security and compliance needs. TELCOR has a compliance officer and internal committee who are responsible for developing and enforcing policies regarding building security, annual employee training and meeting compliance standards.  TELCOR is committed to following extensive corporate security practices, as well as remaining compliant with all applicable rules and regulations related to health care and billing, including HIPAA, the HITECH Act, ICD-10 and PCI SCC.
