The TELCOR Outreach Information System

TELCOR’s Outreach Information System® applications (Revenue Cycle Management and Lab Outreach Business Pro) are designed to provide labs with billing and business management tools to help them grow their business. These products allow labs to effectively compete, improve operational efficiency, improve communication between the department and providers, and promote compliance. These product lines primarily target clinical, pathology, molecular, public health/environmental and outreach labs and include the following solutions:

  • Remote client order entry/medical necessity checking
  • Comprehensive result reporting
  • Outreach program-specific rules and pricing processing
  • Complete set of regulatory-compliance tools
  • Ongoing profitability analysis
  • Revolutionary billing information system

 

OIS Account Executive Responsibilities
  • Generate new account prospects via cold calls, trade shows and vendor partner referrals
  • Present and demonstrate TELCOR’s outreach products, highlighting their features, benefits and relevance to the prospects’ business needs
  • Document client and prospect communications, interactions and meetings
  • Effectively manage the entire sales cycle for each prospect
  • Continually meet individual and company defined quotas
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

 

Desired Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate would have:

  • 3-5 years experience in health care-related sales and complex selling processes
  • Familiarity in health care business practices, guidelines and policies
  • Excellent strategic selling skills
  • Excellent public speaking and presentations skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent organization and documentation skills
  • PC literacy — basic proficiency in Windows operating system environments and Office tools (e.g., Word, Excel)
AND experience in one or more of the following areas
  • The clinical laboratory
  • Health care information systems
  • Laboratory information systems
  • Reference laboratory sales
  • Clinical care delivery
  • Laboratory commercial outreach programs
