Lincoln, Nebraska — January 9, 2012 — TELCOR announced today it has achieved its fourth competency through the Microsoft Partner Network program. TELCOR, which specializes in software development for laboratory billing and point of care data management, achieved the Web Development competency at the silver level.
The Web Development competency recognizes TELCOR’s ability and expertise to provide Web-based applications to customers. To obtain the competency, TELCOR’s software engineers had to pass rigorous testing, and TELCOR had to provide multiple customer references to demonstrate its ability to provide successful Web-based solutions.
Attaining competencies through the Microsoft Partner Program provides TELCOR with better access to Microsoft training, support and tool sets — all of which benefit TELCOR customers. In addition to the silver Web Development competency, TELCOR has earned three other competencies during the 2011-12 renewal year, including silver Software Development, silver Server Platform and gold Hosting.
The Microsoft Partner Network program includes 28 total competencies that focus on different areas of Microsoft expertise. Companies must meet specific requirements for each competency in order to achieve silver or gold status. TELCOR has achieved the prestigious designation as a Microsoft Partner each year since 1999.
